Mary was referred to us from another individual who had purchased RE from her. Being from the Northeast and new to examining properties in Florida there was some scepticism on my part that she initially had our best interest at heart, but that immediately vanished after speaking with her and learning the knowledge she possessed in the areas we were exploring- both the pros and cons of certain areas.
