Ted probably knows more about Riverwood and Port Charlotte areas than any other person that I have met since living here. Ted knows every neighborhood in Riverwood. Ted has also been a great resource person when we were in need of subcontractors such as electricians , plumbers and other professionals. He also has an incredible knowledge of the real estate marketplace and trends for the Port Charlotte area.

Pat is very experienced in what she does....from the moment we met Pat, 2+ years ago during an open house, we knew she was the right realtor for us. Very friendly and helped us beyond what an agent is expected to do. Mr. McDermott’s is a true professional! He kept me updated on every detail from start through the sale of my condo. He went above and beyond with his help to get my condo sold. I was out of state and he handled all issues that came up and was always available. He was a tremendous help getting my condo ready for sale, I give him a ten out of ten. I could not have done this without his help! I highly recommend him, he is very knowledgeable of the area and is knowledgeable of the resources available to get any job done.
