Ted probably knows more about Riverwood and Port Charlotte areas than any other person that I have met since living here. Ted knows every neighborhood in Riverwood. Ted has also been a great resource person when we were in need of subcontractors such as electricians , plumbers and other professionals. He also has an incredible knowledge of the real estate marketplace and trends for the Port Charlotte area.

Mr. McDermott’s is a true professional! He kept me updated on every detail from start through the sale of my condo. He went above and beyond with his help to get my condo sold. I was out of state and he handled all issues that came up and was always available. He was a tremendous help getting my condo ready for sale, I give him a ten out of ten. I could not have done this without his help! I highly recommend him, he is very knowledgeable of the area and is knowledgeable of the resources available to get any job done.

Over the years I have purchased at least a dozen properties using different realtors.Pat stands far above all the others. I am not the easiest buyer to deal with. Naturally I have a great personality and all that but when it comes to buying property I am extremely picky. Pat exercised extreme patience with me as I viewed around 15 properties with her before finally buying one. She acted professionally through the whole process never losing or showing impatience with me. I also really appreciated that she was very responsive, getting back to me quickly whenever I had a question. She scheduled showings to suit my time frame since I came and went frequently between Florida and Tennessee. In fact, she handled the purchase online I saw the property online while in TN. She checked on it, gave me the feedback that i needed and we closed online. in fact, i never actually visited the property in person until about 6 months after the closing. I am very pleased with the property. She knew exactly what i wanted. She was honest in her evaluation of each property, showing a great deal of understanding about the important elements such as heating and cooling. She put me in touch with appropriate businesses with regard to repair issues, permits and such things. i really enjoyed working with her and if another property comes along that I wish to consider i will most definitely call her.
