Will gives great guidance but is always willing to go a different route if you have different ideas. He is very responsive. He provided great marketing materials which really helped to sell the home. Helped us close one day and negotiated the next day to get an offer accepted on our next home adventure that many offers were received but we were the one they accepted. He works with us even though we are further away than his normal clients. The home we are now buying is our 10th transaction with Will.
