Well I saw this Condo online and fell in Love with it! It was exactly what I was looking for. Two bedrooms One bathroom and a very large Lanai ! So I showed it to my Sister and Brother in law and My Sister called Reeny and made an appointment for that day ( I think ) so we went to look at it and I was Sold! I gave Reeny the Deposit and I think it was a week later I was at the closing! I didn't have to do hardly anything except show up! And now it is mine and I Love it! And her assistant is a Doll also!

I have now worked the Connie three times. She has a warm, easy going personality. She is very knowledgeable and does her homework. She knows what it takes to sell a property and is up front and honest about pricing. It was a pleasure to work with her.

After vetting several realtor’s, Brandi was a referral from my daughter-in-law in California. I contacted Brandi and from the beginning she went above and beyond working to get the house sold. The house was in disrepair, so it was being sold “As Is”. That didn’t deter Brandi at all. My husband and I were very appreciative. We closed on the house 7/5/22, without one problem.
