Brandi Furlan

After vetting several realtor’s, Brandi was a referral from my daughter-in-law in California. My sister had passed away unexpectedly and I need a trustworthy realtor in Sarasota, since I live in Maryland. I contacted Brandi and from the beginning she went above and beyond working to get the house sold. The house was in disrepair, so it was being sold “As Is”. That didn’t deter Brandi at all. Brandi was very professional and super helpful in getting the house on the market and sold within a week. It didn’t stop there. Brandi came out to the house to help in anyway she could. My husband and I were very appreciative. We closed on the house 7/5/22, without one problem. I would definitely recommend Brandi and her staff member, Celeste to handle they sale or purchase of a home.
