My brothers and I had to sell our parents' condo after both our parents recently passed. It was very difficult. It was important for us to have a seller's representative at every showing and Riley did not challenge our request or try to change our mind about this. Riley was also very easy to contact even when he was on vacation with his family, he kept in touch. He also did an excellent job of marketing the property. He had open houses that always had potential buyers touring and there were also private showings set almost every 10 to 14 days. When the property sold, Riley recommended a great closing law firm. The closing attorney was very sharp and the closing date was not delayed or rescheduled. I definitely recommend retaining Riley and his agency. I was very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism.
