Riley Spangler

My brothers and I had to sell our parents' condo after both our parents recently passed. It was very difficult. We really wanted to keep the condo but the HOA fees were becoming so high that we anticipated a point where it would be cost prohibitive to keep. We all lived out of state and Riley was referred to me by a mutual acquaintance. Riley was very patient and always in contact with me especially about the feed back from potential buyers. Additionally he was present at every showing, which other realtors told us was no longer the normal practice for realtors. It was important for us to have a seller's representative at every showing and Riley did not challenge our request or try to change our mind about this. Riley was also very easy to contact even when he was on vacation with his family, he kept in touch. He also did an excellent job of marketing the property. He had open houses that always had potential buyers touring and there were also private showings set almost every 10 to 14 days. When the property sold, Riley recommended a great closing law firm. The closing attorney was very sharp and the closing date was not delayed or rescheduled. I definitely recommend retaining Riley and his agency. I was very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism.

Riley was our agent on the purchase of a condo in Hammocks Preserve in early 2023. We just closed on the purchase of a Boca Royale home last week. From our first interaction, Riley was responsive, well informed, and patient. He worked well with the seller's agent. He also referred us to a title company, home inspector, and insurance agent. All 3 did quality work and eased the burden on us. We bought the condo to serve as a introduction to the Englewood area with the ultimate goal of finding a single family home. It wasn't long after the purchase we reached out to Riley to look at other properties in the area. Riley was always quick to respond and we toured a number of homes. We finally settled on a home in Boca Royale and again used his referrals for title, home inspection, and insurance. This transaction went even smoother than the first one. I strongly recommend Riley. He is knowledgeable and brings a great team to the transaction. He allowed us to proceed at our own pace and he reached out to us without being pushy. We thoroughly enjoy working with him.

Riley was absolutely outstanding to work with as we searched for our new home. We were an out of town buyer and Riley was able to schedule showings and was willing to meet us on short notice and went above and beyond to assist us in getting access to view the property we purchased on multiple occasions. He understood our timeframes, travel requirements and made sure we were able to accomplish what we needed to get done, when we needed to get it done from the start of our search through to the closing date!

Riley has been extraordinarily responsive and attentive throughout our year of working with him. We would happily work with him again and would also highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding Real Estate Agent.

Riley Spangler did a wonderful job in helping us to find and purchase our new home in Nokomis. He was patient with all of questions and concerns. He knew the ins and outs of buying a home in an area that we knew very little. He always has a smile and a positive attitude, and if he doesn't know an answer, he will find it out. Riley may be somewhat new to real estate, but he is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in his craft. He is someone that genuinely cares about you finding the right fit. I would recommend him to anyone looking to move to South Florida.
