Lindsey made the buying process simple and streamlined. She showed us the property, and forwarded our offer to the seller's realtor. And she successfully faced down several points by the seller's realtor that were certainly in the seller's best interest, bit not in our best interest. She presented our counter offer with an accompanying rationale that resulted in the acceptance of our offer ! Lindsey was accessible throughout the bidding process, as well as present at the home inspection...and was helpful with presenting options for service personnel to help us with estimates. Lindsey was with us up to and including the closing. A charming young woman who is dedicated to her work and her clients.

In a relatively short period, my wife and I recently used Jennifer for two separate real estate transactions.  While the fact we circled back to her so quickly for a 2nd transaction is an endorsement on it's own, it's worth noting why we were so eager to do so. It's not just because she's one of the most successful high-end realtors in Tampa Bay; it's because of the value we gain from her success.  She knows the market, she knows what it takes to close a deal, she knows the other realtors, she knows the 3rd party providers that are involved (who jump when she reaches out to them), she knows how to make the process simple for her clients.  Don't choose a realtor just because they're successful, choose them because of WHY they're successful.  Their success is your gain.  Choose Jennifer.

Blake has helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a home. His knowledge and patience are second to none, along with his communication skills. He always made sure to keep myself and others involved in the process up to date and prepared for the next step. Excellent service overall!

Katie made buying my first home a great experience. I’d recommend Katie at Harold T. Goffe Realtor if you’re buying of selling.

Kathryn was great to work with--very knowledgeable and accessible. She was a great asset to have in my first home buying process in Florida. Highly recommend.

Joanne is a thoughtful agent. She keeps the lines of communication open, updating on where things stand. Thank you Joanne!

Mike Hunter's selling of our home, helping us through the process & attentiveness was above & beyond exemplary. Also, purchasing a home at the same time! He walked us through the process professionally, patiently && with humor. He took every phone call (& there were a lot) or returned it within a reasonable amount of time. We could not have done it without Mike. We're very thankful for his handling of both the sale of our home & purchase of our new home.
