I've been working with Rustina for over a decade now. She has successfully help my family manage two rentals over the years. In the past three years now I have sold one of those rentals and my main residence in FL. With the recent sale being our main residence she was again at the top of her game. Constantly putting up with my phone calls and texts messages. She guided us through every situation that came about. Once again like the sale of our rental two years ago we got over asking price! If you are looking for a realtor in Tampa Area, Matt is your realtor. It's hard looking for a home when you are out of state. Matt made this process as smooth as possible for us. Matt was very knowledge of Tampa real estate market. He guided us to areas of interest and steered us away from other areas. He was very detailed orient and observant when came to looking at properties. I am a number’s person; I appreciated the fact before we put in offer Matt would do his research and send us detailed report on property and area. Since our home buying process was done remotely Matt would go to property video call and send us videos on property. He was always available whenever you needed him and was constantly researching homes for your criteria. If you are looking for a realtor that will fight for you, he is your realtor. I wish we would’ve found out about Matt in the beginning of the home buying process. We did normal research of Tampa realtors went with one after interviewing a few top realtors in area. Let’s just say I wasn’t impressed with our 1st realtor. It was a night and day difference between the two realtors. Matt really cares about the relationship that is formed with his clients.
