I've been working with Rustina for over a decade now. She has successfully help my family manage two rentals over the years. In the past three years now I have sold one of those rentals and my main residence in FL. With the recent sale being our main residence she was again at the top of her game. Constantly putting up with my phone calls and texts messages. She guided us through every situation that came about. Once again like the sale of our rental two years ago we got over asking price! On a side note: One of my best friends has had an absolute nightmare out in Sanford with a lackadaisical realtor he met through his parents.
