Future home owners, I am pleased to introduce Ms. LaShawn Milton. She is the BEST realtor and thank God we found her! LaShawn felt like a friend who was in our corner, cheering us on and giving us honest, professional advice every step of the way. She never sugar-coated things and always had our best interest at heart. Her knowledge of the process and the market gave us so much confidence. We are so grateful for her and our first home. My entire family gives her our highest recommendation!

Peter worked tirelessly with us for several months as we navigated selling our home in Massachusetts and buying our waterfront property in Florida. He offered valuable insight to the current Florida housing market and educated us on things we didn’t know regarding buying a house in Florida. He was enjoyable to work with, extremely thorough and communicative. We highly recommend Peter! Brian and Jackie

Very knowledgeable of the market, as he handled both the selling of one house and the purchase of a second house.

I believed this would be a complex sale due to the condition of the home, but Correy reassured me throughout the entire process that we would find the right buyer and we did. Any time I had a question or concern, Correy was easy to reach with a thorough explanation. I absolutely recommend her to any friends or family looking to buy or sell a house.

Heather was extremely helpful with her knowledge, availability to answer any question or find out the answers for us. She will help you even after the sale if you ever need any help with resources in your area. I will recommend her to all of my friends in the future on buying a home. Her whole team was wonderful and very punctual with responses.

Katie made buying my first home a great experience. I’d recommend Katie at Harold T. Goffe Realtor if you’re buying of selling.
