Janelle did a great job selling our house. We have worked with 4 realtors over the past 19 years in FL, and she was by far the best. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and was great at communicating with us throughout the sales process. Her responses to our emails and texts were very detailed and timely. She was also very proactive with recommendations on how to get our house ready for sale, and she went above and beyond to make sure our house was sparkling clean and staged appropriately to make sure our house stood out compared to others. The video she created for our house was absolutely beautiful. We noticed that our house got more views on home selling sites than similar homes in our area. Besides stellar understanding of the market and above average customer service and communication skills, Kathy's friendliness and patience with us as we navigated finding a condo was beyond measure. She was always there and responsive when we wanted her to look at a condo for us from Michigan. When we were in the area, she always made time to show us a property. Most realtors would have given up on us, and that's what I appreciated more than anything. She never applied pressure or seemed disinterested in our hunt for a property. She's our realtor now and in the future if and when we decide to list Andover in the future.
