Andy was very patient, as it took us 6+ months to make a decision. Andy always stayed in touch. Andy went out to photograph homes for us and made videos inside as well. Living in VA, this was very much appreciated. Perhaps the quality we appreciated most, he listened to what we wanted and needed.
