We worked with Tracey on the purchase of a vacation home in Florida. Our permanent residence is in Ohio, and while we were able to tour homes in person, our transaction was largely completed from afar. We are highly analytical by nature. Tracey catered well to our style, knowing when to listen and when to appropriately challenge us in our thinking. She persisted with us through a very challenging market, complicated by Mother Nature (including two hurricanes) (and without a ton of details, this point cannot be emphasized enough). She was knowledgeable, responsive, and was great counsel to us as we moved along over the course of what was ultimately 5 months. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracey. She knew the right house for us, I think before we did. And still was patient and let us get to that conclusion on our own. We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. Cindy was the only agent who returned our calls. We asked her to put us on an email list with properties that would meet our criteria. She did so and we began receiving lists of available properties immediately. Cindy was very patient in answering any of our questions and taking steps to find out information that she didn't already have. Cindy knew going into working with us that we weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy and that this could be a lengthy process. She was great thru the entire thing. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.

I called upon three local Sarasota real estate representatives in my search for a condo in the Sarasota area. Laurie was the best and did an excellent job surfacing the condo I purchased and negotiating a deal that was not your typical purchase agreement. I would not hesitate to work with Lauries again!
