Kevin Waters has handled many mutual friends real estate transactions, and I was very impressed with his always quick, professional response. So many deals were complicated, and hard to navigate, but not for Kevin!! I am very impressed with his knowledge of the business, and willingness to go go the extra mile at all times for his clients! He sold our home in 9 days, and were with us every step of the way! Whether you are buying or selling, Kevin is absolutely your real estate professional to handle all of your transactions. He was amazing helping us get our house ready to sell- actually helping us complete some must-dos inside and outside. I really feel that’s why we sold so quickly-it was a lot of work, but it paid off!! Nothing is too big or too small for Kevin, and he is so readily accessible to help. I will also point out, that he was extremely vital in helping us purchase our new villa, which was under construction. So to sum it up, Kevin gets 6 stars from the Serino’s!! We recently purchased a home from Kevin. I really don't even know where to begin when describing his service and professionalism. Kevin really listened to our want/need/prefer list before ever taking us to look at a property. He then not only carefully screened online homes, he went and previewed every home so our hunt was narrowly defined and efficient. Every home he showed us, met our criteria on some level and in only one day, he found us our dream home. And I might add, that we are extremely particular and I suppose could be a bit demanding. He followed through on every detail up to closing and then continued to assist us with many logistical details as the home we purchased is not our primary residence. If you want to get to the right home, without wasting time looking at homes that just aren't what you want, you must talk to Kevin. He will take time to listen to your specific criteria and do whatever homework it takes to find you the home of your dreams!

This is my 3rd time using Kevin for a real estate transaction and I will continue to use him for every future transaction. Kevin went above and beyond to help me purchase my new home! It was a new build and he was able to successfully negotiate several upgraded finishes that really added a lot of value to the project and tailored the design to my preferred aesthetic. This was a long distance transaction which meant there were a few uncertainties throughout the process. Kevin communicated with the seller's agent on an almost daily basis to ensure all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and in the end, I couldn't be happier with the final product. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
