We recently purchased a home from Kevin. I really don't even know where to begin when describing his service and professionalism. Kevin really listened to our want/need/prefer list before ever taking us to look at a property. He then not only carefully screened online homes, he went and previewed every home so our hunt was narrowly defined and efficient. Every home he showed us, met our criteria on some level and in only one day, he found us our dream home. And I might add, that we are extremely particular and I suppose could be a bit demanding. He followed through on every detail up to closing and then continued to assist us with many logistical details as the home we purchased is not our primary residence. If you want to get to the right home, without wasting time looking at homes that just aren't what you want, you must talk to Kevin. He will take time to listen to your specific criteria and do whatever homework it takes to find you the home of your dreams!

This is my 3rd time using Kevin for a real estate transaction and I will continue to use him for every future transaction. Kevin went above and beyond to help me purchase my new home! It was a new build and he was able to successfully negotiate several upgraded finishes that really added a lot of value to the project and tailored the design to my preferred aesthetic. This was a long distance transaction which meant there were a few uncertainties throughout the process. Kevin communicated with the seller's agent on an almost daily basis to ensure all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and in the end, I couldn't be happier with the final product. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
