Holly is truly Amazing! I was referred to her from a home inspector after an issue filled report on a house I found on my own. I’m so happy I made the call. From our first conversation her attitude and communication was top tier. She went above and beyond what I expected from a buyer’s agent and made the process as stress-free as possible. Coming from way out of state, we had a lot of ground to cover the second I got off the plane. Holly mapped out a game plan so we could see as many properties as possible in one day while focusing on homes that actually fit what we were looking for. She wasn’t trying to make a sale, she was trying to find us our home! She took the time to really get to know us, understand our vision, and then went out and found homes that matched our family’s needs. I had never met her in person before the day I flew in to tour homes with her, yet it felt like I’d known her for years. When I wasn’t able to fly down, she personally walked through homes taking detailed videos and photos so I could truly get a feel for the property, even from a thousand miles away. The home we ended up purchasing was one I hadn’t seen in person before making the decision. That’s how much trust I put in Holly! She walked it, felt it was the one for us, and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident in signing. She earned that level of trust through her dedication and personable nature. She truly invested herself into helping us find the right home. I honestly can’t thank or recommend her highly enough. If I could have flown her to Philly to sell my house for me, I would have, because that’s how great my experience was. Holly made home buying exciting! Always on time and share great opinions

We worked with Tracey on the purchase of a vacation home in Florida. Our permanent residence is in Ohio, and while we were able to tour homes in person, our transaction was largely completed from afar. We are highly analytical by nature. Tracey catered well to our style, knowing when to listen and when to appropriately challenge us in our thinking. She persisted with us through a very challenging market, complicated by Mother Nature (including two hurricanes) (and without a ton of details, this point cannot be emphasized enough). She was knowledgeable, responsive, and was great counsel to us as we moved along over the course of what was ultimately 5 months. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracey. She knew the right house for us, I think before we did. And still was patient and let us get to that conclusion on our own. David recently helped my husband and me buy our first house. We moved from a few states away, so we only had a couple of weekends that we could come up to look at homes. It could easily have been overwhelming, having to move several hundred miles with three kids 5 and under, and having to go house-hunting with the kids in tow, but David was AMAZING. He was great about letting us take as little or as much time as we wanted to explore potential houses, and he was understanding if we had to stop for a bit to let the kids burn some energy. He worked around our schedule, and he quickly got a great feel for what we were looking for in a home. I trusted his opinion completely if I called him with questions on a home I hadn't seen in person. Several aspects of the home-buying process could have been stressful given the distance of our move, but David went above and beyond and had the needs of our family in mind the whole time.
