Karyn is nearly always available for us when you call her. Our house was a unique property, and she helped us sell it quickly! She went out of her way to do research for us before and after the purchase of our new house. We did a door to door close, which is a very stressful experience, but she made it easy as pie. All in all, it was a 5-star experience.

My house is sold! & Even though I'd never been a part of a house sale before it was seamless and easy because of Robyn and her team's expertise and helpfulness. Growing up in a family business that’s currently 117 years old with 57 years under my belt I know when people are capable and concerned about your needs, and the cost ofor when they’re just trying to sell you something. Working with Marlin has been the first. He was never trying to sell me something. He was trying to find me what fit my needs. Quite often he felt things were overpriced and advised me as such. He completely went over and above the call of duty way above what a normal Realtor would do in many cases. Too many to mention. More like a friend or an old friend than a realtor. With his knowledge of his former business that he had of home inspections. Along with home appraisals. I knew I was in good hands. Truly I did not even get a home inspection with this house since it was really in good shape for older home and with my knowledge and with Marlin’s knowledge, I decided not to get a home inspection. I would highly recommend him. He’s 24-7 spot on, always available to answer small or large questions in detail. He’s become a friend and a friend that you would keep for a long time as I will.
