Growing up in a family business that’s currently 117 years old with 57 years under my belt I know when people are capable and concerned about your needs, and the cost ofor when they’re just trying to sell you something. Working with Marlin has been the first. He was never trying to sell me something. He was trying to find me what fit my needs. Quite often he felt things were overpriced and advised me as such. He completely went over and above the call of duty way above what a normal Realtor would do in many cases. Too many to mention. More like a friend or an old friend than a realtor. With his knowledge of his former business that he had of home inspections. Along with home appraisals. I knew I was in good hands. Truly I did not even get a home inspection with this house since it was really in good shape for older home and with my knowledge and with Marlin’s knowledge, I decided not to get a home inspection. I would highly recommend him. He’s 24-7 spot on, always available to answer small or large questions in detail. He’s become a friend and a friend that you would keep for a long time as I will.
