Pat is a great realtor who took the time to listen to my needs, wants, and "wish list," put together a property viewing day that would have put other agents to shame (I was out of energy by the time the day concluded), advocated for me throughout the entire process, staunchly attended every inspection and meeting, helped me negotiate, served as a go-between and intermediary to get the deal done! Some people do not think realtors are worth their commissions/percentage points, but Pat is the rare exception who goes above and beyond and earns every penny! Highly recommend without hesitation.

Hey there! We snagged our condo four years back, and Pat was our agent, so when we decided to sell, we just knew Pat was the perfect person for the job! Pat was totally on top of things, keeping us in the loop from the moment we listed right up until everything was finalized at closing.Despite the challenging market, Pat was persistent in generating interest and saw the process through until closing day. We truly feel like we've made a friend!

Roberta worked hard to get my house on the market quickly and had it sold in no time. She always kept me informed on the progress of the sale. She answered all my questions and made excellent suggestions on how to best sell the home. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase.
