Pat is a great realtor who took the time to listen to my needs, wants, and "wish list," put together a property viewing day that would have put other agents to shame (I was out of energy by the time the day concluded), advocated for me throughout the entire process, staunchly attended every inspection and meeting, helped me negotiate, served as a go-between and intermediary to get the deal done! Some people do not think realtors are worth their commissions/percentage points, but Pat is the rare exception who goes above and beyond and earns every penny! Highly recommend without hesitation.
