Nate was very helpful in sorting out the chaos of finding a home for a first time buyer. He was very thorough and transparent in educating me through the process. I’d recommend him to anyone. Particularly, folks that have a lot going on in their personal life but are looking to buy a home and get the best deal whilst keeping the process as streamlined as possible. I learned that there are a lot of situations involving sharks disguised as agents and sellers that aren’t being transparent, he really helped me navigate and understand how things typically play out. I was quite naive about the whole process but never felt like my naivety was being used against me. I could tell he genuinely cared about getting me setup in a home where I was getting a good deal without sacrificing what I was looking for. He really stayed on top of things throughout the whole process by providing daily updates. Things ranging from scouting my options, negotiating with the seller on repairs, steps to take on meeting deadlines, insight on what I needed to do with the broker, title office, underwriting etc… He understood my situation of needing to find somewhere quickly and alleviated a lot of the stress involved with finding a home that was move in ready as soon as possible. I can honestly say that I got lucky with finding him as I doubt the majority of agents out there would have put in the effort and educated me as much as he did. He's a solid guy and he has his heart in the right place.
