John was very responsive to all requests and situations that came up. He knew the market well and kept us within our limitations knowing the kind of home we were looking for.

Christine was one of the best realtors we could have ever worked with. This was our first time buying a home, we knew nothing about it, and the process from start to finish. She answered every question we had with patience, and was an amazing advocate for people who had no idea what they were doing. I will recommend her to every single person I know whose looking for a house.

Meeting Destiny was the far the best part of this new chapter. she stepped up in an unexpected way when we first wanted to see the new house on a Sunday. When we started talking about buying a new home we had no idea how to begin but she had all the answers. she got us in communication with her lender Charles to start the process. She was always professional, kept communication open and on top of every step along the way to closing, she even checked in on us from time to time to see how we were doing. I would without a doubt recommend Destiny to any one and everyone who wants to buy a new home. We are beyond happy and grateful for all that she did for us. Thank you Destiny! Not just our agent but a long-term friend.

Noah was simply great with us. He was able to sell our house when another agent couldn't after 6 months, and did so relatively quickly. His communication was consistent and thorough during the entire process. Noah was always available when we had questions, even on weekends or evenings, and got us a deal that turned out better than we thought it could. He explained everything clearly for us to understand, listened to our concerns and questions and gave us advice that made sense for our situation. I would recommend Noah to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will get someone that is on your team and will look out for you always.

We were incredibly impressed by Noah’s exceptional market knowledge and negotiation skills. We truly felt we had the best realtor guiding us, ensuring we got the best deal on our dream home. If you're looking for a phenomenal agent who understands the local market, we highly recommend them!

Working with Noah was the best experience I have had so far with an agent. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local customer base and worked extremely hard to get our home sold even when we didn’t think there was much of a market. He was great to work with and he will definitely be the first agent we call when the need arises again.

I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with Nichole, Avery and everyone else on the team. They are very professional, excellent with communication and are highly knowledgable. I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy or sell a property work with the Nichole Moody Team!

She has the expertise to make challenging problems fixable with little to no anxiety.

Blake had the patience of a saint with us. I know we were not easy. We were very picky and he listened and took his time with us. I am happy to say that we found the perfect home. Thank you Blake for everything you’ve done.
