I reached out to Michelle because after looking online she appeared to be the best fit to sell my parcel. She didn’t disappoint! Michelle responded promptly to my initial inquiry, asked a few questions, sent the contract, got it listed, then put the sign out all within a day. The property sold a week later. Closing was easy. Experience in Real Estate matters.

Very thankful to keystone realty, especially Michelle Hutto who recently sold not one but two of my listed properties. Years of experience was needed to problem solve when one mortgage commitment failed & she was able to bring other solutions to the closing table. The ball was not dropped, it was business as usual even while attending to her family summer vacation. Many thanks to all the personel who work as a team at Keystone Realty. Amazing, fantastic

Michelle is hands down the most amazing human I have had the privilege of meeting. She went above and beyond for me in the housing search and once we found one she dove in getting me ready to close. She knew this was my first time buying a home so she took the lead when looking at homes and telling/showing me what I should be looking out for. I will forever recommend her for your housing needs rather it be selling or buying.
