Fantastic person & great communicator! Michelle combines strategy & experience in real estate of Alexander the Great while combining a knowledge base intellect on the level of Einstein. Top that off with a magnetic personality & you've got a real winner on your side!
I thought selling a house was a simple task but I was certainly mistaken, just when I was ready to give up the offer came thru!!! I think i asked Michelle every day...is this really happening? Every text, every phone call and every question i had along this journey was meet with a smile, a positive reassuring answer and lots of support! This positive long experience would not have been the same without you Michelle! I was beyond blessed to have Michelle and Keystone Reality on my side!
Michelle was there to guide us through any item that came up during our home sale. She answered all our questions and was knowledgeable in every aspect of the items that came up.
I reached out to Michelle because after looking online she appeared to be the best fit to sell my parcel. She didn’t disappoint! Michelle responded promptly to my initial inquiry, asked a few questions, sent the contract, got it listed, then put the sign out all within a day. The property sold a week later. Closing was easy. I live out-of-state so she handled the whole process. I am very satisfied with the service Michelle Hutto provided.
Michelle Hutto is trustworthy, experienced and knows her market. She will help you find the right price whether you're buying or selling. And, best of all she's a good human in all the ways you'd expect.
Michelle was wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail and knowledge lead to the quick sale of my home. I recommend Michelle to anyone who may be buying or selling a home.
Michelle was very helpful and had great knowledge of Frostproof area. From the beginning to closing went very smooth. I highly recommend her.
Very thankful to keystone realty, especially Michelle Hutto who recently sold not one but two of my listed properties. Years of experience was needed to problem solve when one mortgage commitment failed & she was able to bring other solutions to the closing table. The ball was not dropped, it was business as usual even while attending to her family summer vacation. Many thanks to all the personel who work as a team at Keystone Realty. They all raise the bar…A win, win office.
Michelle is hands down the most amazing human I have had the privilege of meeting. She went above and beyond for me in the housing search and once we found one she dove in getting me ready to close. She knew this was my first time buying a home so she took the lead when looking at homes and telling/showing me what I should be looking out for. I will forever recommend her for your housing needs rather it be selling or buying.
Was a pleasure to work with Michelle she is a very professional and she went the extra mile for helping us! We are so thankful!
Michelle is very professional, intelligent, motivated in her work ethics. She also made me and my wife feel very comfortable with her friendly and kind manners. Her years of experience also made us feel at ease during the home buying process. Thank you Michelle.
This was our second experience with Michelle as a seller. She keeps you informed, provides necessary advice and supports you throughout the selling process. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Real Estate agent to represent them.
