Louis had a professional attitude at all times, was excellent with communication as well. He presented market data and had extensive knowledge of the area. During a difficult time, Louis made the transition of selling our home very seamless. Would recommend 10/10.

Joel was a pleasure to work with. He took care of me like I was family. He listened to me on the phone, we toured multiple houses, and ended up making an offer on a great property. He negotiated a fair price and successfully negotiated with the seller to do all repairs (at seller’s expense), including a costly roof replacement. I also work with Joel’s mortgage team to secure a home loan and mortgage. Joel and his team were very responsive, thorough, and professional. We went from offer to close (including a new roof) in one month! I will definitely be using Joel in the future.

I was put into a position where I had to sell my parent's home due to a medical event, and Darlene could not have been more helpful during the process. She arrangde for work to be completed to get the house up to code and meet the buyers' requests, and she has a great network of professionals to call on for a variety of home repair and maintenance needs. She was in constant communication with me and went well beyond what I expected in helping me make the home market ready. I could not recommend her enough!

I was very happy with this company as well as the staff. They kept us informed of the market, gave us helpful tips to better showcase our property, and conducted well advertised open houses.
