We decided to sell our townhome on the Cotee river and were given a recommendation to contact Mike. We contacted another realtor, but decided to go with Mike due to his confidence and knowledge of the local market. We set an asking price that we felt comfortable with and within a week we had a full price offer and we closed within a month. During the sales process we were kept fully informed and Mike was quick to answer any questions or concerns. A problem that arose was quickly handled and within a couple days we were back on course. The support from colleagues and third parties, the title company for instance, were similarly competent and responsive. I highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone needing real estate expertise.

Caitlin was so patient and professional. Our 1st year contact was through email, but she truly listened to what we wanted. We came down to find our dream retirement home 3 different trips. Every time she was ready to show us more homes, each time getting closer to everything on our must have list. We closed on the day of a hurricane but Caitlin was there through the whole process even thought she was worried about her home in the storm. She made sure we were ok. 8 months later and we keep telling ourselves we live here. It feels like vacation with all our stuff. We cannot thank Caitlin enough and highly recommend her as your agent. After connecting with several real estate agents within the last 3 years I became disenfranchised with teaming with any and all agents. But it just so happened that Joe wrote to me one early Sunday morning via a small neighborhood website and I actually got a chuckle out of it because as a previous recruiter/sales trainer myself that would have been exactly my approach...simple, honest, and non-traditional. All the other agents stalked me with an almost "scammer" type demeanor (misleading texts, phone calls, and emails). But he exceeded all of my expectations and then some. Very knowledgeable, very hands-on, took charge immediately of all of the renovations, and spent many hours himself (along with his wife!) doing repairs/painting and not hesitating to use his own funds to purchase materials to get the repairs completed. Joe also has a great sense of humor even in the midst of some of the most time-crunching stressful moments that one has when preparing to sell a house. He saved me thousands of dollars in renovation and repairs and he advised and educated me on the proper and best way to sell your home. But nonetheless he always reiterated that no matter what.. the final decision was always mine. My house sold quickly and for a great price and I owe it all to him. You are without a doubt the best of the best!
