Amy, a third generation Tampa native, licensed Florida Realtor, and owner of Sellstate Coastal Realty has become a highly accomplished sales and marketing professional, resulting from her diverse business background and deeply rooted love for the Tampa Bay area. Be it film, media, marketing, sales, medicine, or, community board involvement she consistently strives to further diversify her client base. Amy has a knack for forming deep and meaningful business relationships, which transcend the status quo. Amy believes wholeheartedly that passion and hard work are the driving forces behind all success. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her three pups, lifting heavy things at CrossFit, serving in the United States Air Force Reserves, feeding the wanderlust within, and further developing her palate via solid and liquid. As a Realtor, Amy applies her vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, love of the real estate business, and desire to truly help people find their dream home in their dream neighborhood. It was my first time buying a house

It was my first time buying a house. Amy and her team come very well-prepared. All of the elements I thought I was going to have to stress about or do myself were taken care of. Amy is the absolute best! She makes everything clear and easy to understand. She helped us to sell our home very quickly and worked with buyers agents to get the best deal for both of us. She also connected us with contractors for a few things we needed to get done before listing the home. Each of them were very quick, affordable and of high quality.

If that wasn't enough she has a rolodex full of equally trustworthy and honest contractors that helped us get the most for our home. Amy and her team are hands down the most caring and effective individuals we've ever worked with. From the very start, Amy ensured that the entire process was transparent and that we had a realistic picture of what to expect along the way. Amy will fight for what your you want and is 100% committed to making sure that you feel comfortable throughout the process. At no point did we ever feel pressured, despite a protracted search, which made a huge difference in our outlook in this tough market. She is incredibly knowledgeable and patient as well--we could not have asked for a better advocate. As a veteran using a VA loan, we truly appreciated Amy's understanding of the process and how she helped sellers understand our situation along the way too. What impressed us as well was that not only Amy, but every single member of her team, seemed equally as committed to our success in finding a house.
