Caitlin was so patient and professional. Our 1st year contact was through email, but she truly listened to what we wanted. We came down to find our dream retirement home 3 different trips. Every time she was ready to show us more homes, each time getting closer to everything on our must have list. We closed on the day of a hurricane but Caitlin was there through the whole process even thought she was worried about her home in the storm. She made sure we were ok. 8 months later and we keep telling ourselves we live here. It feels like vacation with all our stuff. We cannot thank Caitlin enough and highly recommend her as your agent. Heather Hunt has been extremely helpful and responsive in finding me both a place to rent as well as a place to buy. She has immense knowledge of all the different areas I was looking in and was able to point me in the right direction. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a property including locations, inspections, insurance, mortgages, etc. She has great contacts as well such as contractors, pool maintenance, plumbers, electricians, and others. She is great at keeping in touch and making sure everything is handled in a timely manner from beginning to end. Her amazing personality is an added bonus.

We had contacted several realtors before meeting Heather. She was the only one who showed us the attention that we deserved as clients. Heather always responded to us in a timely manner. She asked us our requests, took the time to find several places that fit our needs, drove us around to see multiple places, helped us decided on the right one, and when the time came, worked to negotiate a deal for us. Heather worked for her commission. Our neighbors, who went through the same process, felt that their representative did not. I have no qualms about recommending Heather. In fact, if you can get her - consider yourself lucky!
