Kelly went way above and beyond in helping me get my house sold. She was incredibly knowledgeable, had loads of tips, and she provided guidance every step along the way while making it clear that the decisions were ultimately mine to make. She was also incredibly supportive but never pressured me and allowed me to go at the pace I was comfortable with. She was hard working, professional, and most of all, trustworthy. I will definitely use Kelly again for any real estate needs I might have and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Rachel and her daughter, Kelly, are a dynamic duo. As a first time home buyer, I am grateful they took the time to educate and guide me on my quest to home ownership. In spite my modest budget, they didn't dissuade me from pursuing my dream to own a home. They took the time to get to know me and cared enough to give their honest opinion about my selections. I needed hand holding and they did just that. I would highly recommend them without reservation. THANK YOU AGAIN!🙏😊

Ted is one of the most well connected people in Tampa Bay. He helped us sell our house. We needed an exterior painter when ours fell through and he was able to recommend someone who we have continued to recommend to friends and family. He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. He is organized and on top of everything so you really feel taken care of by him. The process of selling our house was easy because of how much attention to detail, care and follow through he demonstrated. Ted knows people in every neighborhood and he's the kind of person who has never met a stranger. We wouldn't risk working with anyone else. Professional but also very down to earth, funny and kind. You'll love him!
