Jenny was persistent and consistent in bringing the sale of my property to a successful completion. She is very professional.

Working with Susan made the entire process seamless. She has a wealth of knowledge in addition to practical advice which was informative and put us at ease. The expertise and organization she provided meant the experience was actually enjoyable and stress free. When we decided to look for a condo in Florida from NY, we didn't know where to start. Buying a home is stressful enough when you live nearby. The thought of doing it from hundreds of miles away felt overwhelming. She took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. Not just the number of bedrooms or a price range, but the feeling we wanted. We told her we'd dreamed of waking up to water views, and she treated it like her mission. Susan's understanding of the local market and our wishes meant all the listings she sent us provided us with more insight and the ability to narrow down to the choices that fit all our needs. Her handling of the paperwork and necessary communications throughout the process was timely and professional. Her negotiation on our behalf was incredibly effective. We would not have found our dream place without her diligence and dedication! We are sitting on our balcony right now, watching the sun set over the water, and we would not be here without her. If you're thinking about buying in Florida, even from out of state — stop searching and call Susan! You will not regret it.
