Katie and Chuck were excellent at communicating results from open houses and other viewings. When there was a question by a potential buyer regarding if a fence was allowed by the HOA, they worked tirelessly to obtain the information in a timely manner. Right after I had listed my home for sale I had to move. Meanwhile Katie and Chuck managed the maintenance of my property and pool. Katie made herself available for us to see properties on Sundays which is my husband’s only day off. She was extremely knowledgeable about the homes we looked at and several builders.
