I have nothing but praise and gratitude to Keyseekers on the recent selling of our condo in Maderia Beach. They guided me on each step of the process, were so patient and kind and truly went out of their way to make this experience one that helped our family put closure on the condo we had for 40 years. They made sure all my questions were answered and walked me through the things I did not understand. They were in constant communication with our family, as we truly worked as a team. My husband and I started looking for a home in St Pete in April. We originally worked with Lisa who was extremely honest with us about the houses we were seeing and very patient taking us to multiple showings. We never felt rushed or like we were being sold to. Then we met with Jen who was also incredibly insightful and open. When we decided to put an offer on a house, Jen was a rockstar negotiator for us and we ended up getting everything we asked for. Their process is super organized and easy to follow, with great recommendations for inspection, insurance, etc. They handled everything for us and gave us invaluable peace of mind through the whole buying process. We ended up closing in under a month! It was so smooth and easy - I would give them 500 stars if I could!

Maria did an outstanding job helping us with the purchase of our condo. She was really responsive and helped my daughter through the process as I was not able to be there is person.
