After visiting our adult son, who recently moved to the Clearwater area, we decided to look for a suitable winter home. While there are literally hundreds of communities in the greater Tampa area. finding both a setting and a home that met our expectations turned into a many month endeavor. We worked with a number of professionals trying to find the right spot. Given the frenzy in this market it was a challenge. We explored new and existing homes with a pretty wide budget yet found little that attracted us. On a week long visit on late March we ran across a new listing by Andjelka which turned out to be the perfect home. A wonderful setting near the coast far from the hustle and bustle of typical suburban communities and near an established and interesting small community.
