Luke has assisted me with purchasing two houses now and selling one. He knows Pinellas County and the neighborhoods very well, and was good at steering me to the right areas. He was available day and night if I had a question and very prompt with getting back to me. I have anxiety issues and this was a tremendous help to me. He even came over when a surveyor was making me nervous and walked the property with him, so I could stay inside. Luke was able to pull a good offer out of the many I received on the sale of my home and knew it was one that would stick, and they were in fact the perfect family for the beautiful home I was leaving. He is up to speed on laws and what paperwork has to be filed, and was proficient at mediating between the many players you have to deal with when purchasing or selling a house.
