I have known and worked with Carolyn Gomez for 5+ years. She sold one condo and helped me purchase 2 other properties. I would continue to use her for any future listings and/or purchases. We developed a friendship over the years and she continued to support my requests for information even when it didn’t result in a sale. Carolyn is a great communicator. She Is detailed oriented and is one step ahead of providing information needed for all of the closing docs, mortgage brokers, home inspection agents, insurance agents, title company and sellers agent. Everything was handled perfectly and there was no problem with closing within less than 30 days from the contract date. She provided insurance information to assist w choosing the right property in a flood or non flood zone. Carolyn is a true professional! She goes above and beyond being available 24/7! No matter when I called or texted she responded in a timely manner. I was shown many properties over the past 7 months in Pinellas County! Her only concern was that I was going to be happy and find the right place to live with the right amenities and price. Ironically, I found a home in a location neither of us were aware of or had not considered - Apollo Beach! I highly recommend Carolyn for all real estate transactions- selling or buying!

Carolyn Gomez is our go to real estate agent. We Bought our 3 Bedroom condo with Carolyn and was able to get us the price we offered. Then we had to sell our 1 bedroom condo and Carolyn had it sold in 2 weeks. She has a great marketing team and she is a pleasure to work with. Buyer or seller Carolyn will work for you 100 percent.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Carolyn Gomez to purchase our home in St. Pete, and the experience was genuinely exceptional. From day one, Carolyn was positive, patient, and completely dedicated to finding us the perfect fit. Some of what made working with Carolyn so wonderful: - She's a great listener, and truly took the time to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for in a home. - She has a warm and helpful personality. House hunting can be frustrating and tiring, but Carolyn’s warm demeanor made the entire process enjoyable and grounded. - She has a strong work ethic: She was always thinking about our search, sending us great options, and working tirelessly on our behalf. - She is a creative negotiator: When it came time to negotiate the deal on our house, Carolyn was creative in finding solutions that worked for everyone and got us over the finish line. Thanks to her hard work, we are now in a house that we absolutely love. If you are looking for a buyer's agent in St. Pete who will truly advocate for you, we cannot recommend Carolyn Gomez highly enough!
