I have known and worked with Carolyn Gomez for 5+ years. She sold one condo and helped me purchase 2 other properties. I would continue to use her for any future listings and/or purchases. She Is detailed oriented and is one step ahead of providing information needed for all of the closing docs, mortgage brokers, home inspection agents, insurance agents, title company and sellers agent. Everything was handled perfectly and there was no problem with closing within less than 30 days from the contract date. She provided insurance information to assist w choosing the right property in a flood or non flood zone. Carolyn is a true professional! She goes above and beyond being available 24/7! No matter when I called or texted she responded in a timely manner. I was shown many properties over the past 7 months in Pinellas County! Her only concern was that I was going to be happy and find the right place to live with the right amenities and price. I have dealt with her before to sell my friend’s home and purchase a condo for me. She is there via email and phone you all my questions no matter what time it is. If she doesn’t know the answer , which is rare, she finds out and gets back to me quickly. She does her due diligence and gave me many options for what I was looking for.
