Carolyn did everything right. She found several suitable places for us to visit. At all times she remembered our needs and desires. At no point was our time wasted by visiting places which did not meet our stated needs and desires. She went out of her way to assist even in areas rather far outside the normal duties of a real estate agent and suggested cures for the usual moving problems (most of which we gratefully accepted). There were some hick ups in the closing, but Carolyn took care of them without the need for our intervention. Would I hire Carolyn as my agent if I were to move again? In a heartbeat.
