I feel so lucky to have had Rick represent us in our home buying process! The whole process was a lot to handle and manage, and not only did Nick make sure we got additional credits to mitigate some of the damage that couldn't get fixed in time for the closing, but he supported us and our decision making process throughout the whole time. He was so patient and reassuring, and when all was said and done, we made it through with our new home that we're so excited about.
