I feel so lucky to have had Rick represent us in our home buying process! We went under contract with one of his listings right before Idalia hit and the house got totally flooded and had to be completely renovated. The whole process was a lot to handle and manage, and not only did Nick make sure we got additional credits to mitigate some of the damage that couldn't get fixed in time for the closing, but he supported us and our decision making process throughout the whole time. He was so patient and reassuring, and when all was said and done, we made it through with our new home that we're so excited about. I honestly think we might have walked away from the deal if it wasn't for Nick, and I'm so grateful we didn't. Highly recommend!!!

Nick took excellent pictures used to advertise our condo. He gave a more accurate market value (higher) than two other agents that we spoke to. Our condo sold in one month.

Nick was wonderful to work with! He was so patient with me and was always willing to go see a house last minute even though I were looking in areas that needed him to drive an hour each way at 5:00pm or 6pm!
