Kinga is terrific. She responds quickly, always answered our questions fully, and suggested potential solutions with problems that arose. She knows what it takes to sell a house quickly and acquire a good price. Our house was listed on MLS on a Friday and by the following Tuesday we had an offer and the sale price set a new record for the area.

From start to finish, Kinga made sure I was aware of the real estate transaction l. Top notch service with care.

I sold my home during a downswing in the economy but that wasn’t an issue when it came to getting max dollar fair my place thanks to Kingas great negotiating. She’s very tenacious and looks out in her clients best interest always. Highly recommend

Dario is the best! I live in New Hampshire but wanted to buy a winter house in Florida. He started looking for me right away and was always very responsive, knowledgeable and educating. When I saw a house I really liked that he sent me, he was all over it- which is what you need in this market. Within a day he went and did a showing for me on a Sunday as I could not get down to Florida right away. I had an offer written up and submitted the same day and he kept on the listing agent until we got the house. I flew down to Florida a day later he picked me up from the airport and we looked at the house and drove around the neighborhood all day because I was unfamiliar with it. And then drove me back to the airport after I close on the house. It couldn't have been any easier and better. If you need a realtor in the Tampa area in Florida I really recommend you contact Dario! He just does what it takes. Ryan
