Javy is also a veteran and was extremely knowledgeable about VA loans and the needs of military families in the area. When we found our dream home, he knew precisely what our offer should be and how to present it. We got the house $30,000 under asking and the seller paid some towards ours closing costs! He recommended a great person to handle our mortgage and helped to make sure that we closed on the date we needed. He made sure everyone was working quickly towards our goal. Buying a home is stressful, but I’m so glad we had Javy to guide us through the process!

Mi experiencia fue la mejor siendo mi primera ves haciendo este tipo de comprar, jhonatan es un excelente guía, explica muy bien lo este cual y más, si es necesario explica mil veces lo mismo para que quedes 100% claro y sin dudas, y mejor aún el no se desliga del comprador luego de finalizar la comprar el sigue respondiendo preguntas y aclarando todo tipo de dudas después de finalizar la comprar.
