let me start with the fact that I live in Atlanta and the property that we were selling was a 2nd home, Megan really kept up with the market in my area and always reported back to me on anything going on in the condo building that she had listed for me. it is a tough time right now with the market and our condo had a lot of restrictions and ongoing hurdles that she worked thru to get us closed.

Words can't describe the dedication we got from Brooke. She was available to us any time of day or night. Believe me I put her through a couple stressful scenarios and she excelled at all of them and was able to find a middle ground between us and the sellers. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with.
