Josh and his team did an amazing job. Listed the house, brought the home the team out, shot videos and helped me every step of the way. I have worked with a lot of realtors being in the construction industry and hands down Josh is the best. Above and beyond on service, got me above asking, helped with small repairs, and had 3 showings the day it was listed!!! He was a blessing to me and my family! And he educated us with a strong sense of humor.
