What is interesting is that Mike was the agent for the person BUYING our friends home, not the agent that sold her home. His knowledge and experience made that lasting of an impression on her. And I can see why. He made something that would normally be stressful and scary and made it one of the smoothest processes we have experienced. He was knowledgeable on what to expect for repairs, prices, VA loan processes (which was huge for us), areas to consider, etc. Again, all knowledge that people who are lost desperately need. He was there for us 24/7 via text and calls, and he has been there after the sale to make sure everything is going well, and has even provided us with contacts we can look into for repairs/remodel - invaluable. Listen I can wax in all day about how incredible Nikki and her team are but I am going to give you the highlights. First of all Nikki is all about getting it done , finding your perfect fit while staying within your budget, she doesn't waste your time looking at homes that fall well below your needs. When you do have your place nailed down her entire team guide you through with no hiccups, no bumps , just straight shooting and honest answers. Nikki and her team do all the leg work , make sure there is no stone left unturned, and are on top of everything with every step. Let's talk about communication because this is an important thing during this whole process and Nikki never lets you down she is very responsive , knowledgeable, and is always looking out for your best interest. When it came to showings , inspection questions (pointing me in the right direction finding an inspector) helping me find an incredible mortgage company, and finding properties that I wouldn't have known where to look Nikki does all this. So when it comes to finding a realtor just stop looking and go with Nikki she made everything easy , took a lot of the stress of my shoulders, made me feel secure in the biggest purchase of my life , and I can't say this enough she is damn good at her job I will recommend Nikki to anyone who asked for a realtor recommendation.
