I recommend Linda as your sale agent. She is very professional. On a weekly basis, I received a report of how many times, and from what websites, the property was "viewed." She kept me informed when the property was actually being shown. She was also very good about promptly responding to my questions. Also, we discussed the various comparables both before placing on the market and during. Overall, a highly recommend Linda!
