I rarely write such lengthy reviews, but my experience working with Jennifer Price and her assistant, Felipe Deupi, deserves recognition. From the moment I contacted Jennifer, she was incredibly helpful, accommodating, encouraging, and professional. The property I was purchasing was a highly sought-after listing with multiple competing offers. Although I am a licensed Realtor myself, I do not practice full-time because I am also a teacher, so I am not always up to date on the latest forms and procedures required when submitting contracts. What impressed me most was Jennifer's willingness to help me navigate the process every step of the way. Even though she would be sharing the commission with me, she went far beyond what most Realtors would do. In a market where many agents are often reluctant to provide assistance when they are not receiving the full commission, Jennifer's generosity, professionalism, and integrity truly stood out. Her assistant, Felipe Deupi, was equally exceptional. He was patient, responsive, and consistently available to answer questions and ensure I had everything I needed to move the transaction forward smoothly. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a stressful process much easier. Throughout the entire transaction, Jennifer and Felipe treated me like family. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine desire to help never wavered. Thanks to their support, what could have been an overwhelming experience became a successful and enjoyable one.

We recently worked with Jan on the purchase of our new home, and this was not our first experience with her. She helped us with a previous purchase, and because of the excellent experience we had then, we knew we wanted to work with her again. Jan has an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Throughout the entire process, she stayed on top of every issue, followed up promptly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We especially appreciated her strong negotiation skills and her ability to guide us through the various decisions that came up along the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but having an experienced and responsive agent like Jan made the process much easier. The fact that we chose to work with her a second time probably says it best. This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.
