Fuad has a great market knowledge and went with me to multiple properties and explained the upsides/downsides of certain properties. Fuad was willing to negotiate with all owners and had reasonablely brought down prices.

The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable.
