I can’t say enough about how grateful I am that I got Brittany to sell my house. From beginning to end, she was nothing but professional and patient with me. I was impressed with how knowledgeable she was and greatly appreciated that she took the time to explain everything every step of the way. Nothing but praise for her. Thanks Brittany!

Presented with a high conflict sale of my home, Brittany was compassionate, balanced and available for any and all concerns. Her level of professionalism and efficiency were unmatched in any home transaction I've had throughout the years. I knew that as a realtor, she had other clients and showings to do, but I truly felt like her only client, despite her busy schedule. From the first meeting, she made it clear that my goals in selling the home regarding showings and advertising, were her priority. She clearly and patiently explained her strategy and what I could expect throughout the process. The turnout for the first open house was beyond expectations and that continued with subsequent open houses. A contract was secured very close to the listed price and the entire process was monitored by Brittany throughout as well as the closing, which went very smoothly. I could not have asked for a more upfront, honest, hardworking and classy realtor.

You will not find a more professional, kind, knowledgeable agent. Working with Brittany was the best choice we made to sell our home. She always took the time to listen to us and share her extensive knowledge of the market in order to make sure we were on the right track. It was a very emotional time for us to sell our home of 28 years, and Brittany’s commitment to make sure we found the right buyer made the daunting process so much easier. Her attention to detail, making every showing a high priority, ensuring buyers had the best experience in our home at the same time making sure she was always putting our needs first was truly awesome. In the short time we spent with Brittany the trust was strong and we are forever grateful that the home was sold in a short time. It was emotion and stressful for us to sell our home and having Brittany’s support was the constant we depended on. She went above and beyond to make sure this chapter of our lives was closed in the most memorable way, I will always recommend Brittany to anyone looking for a real estate agent. She is the real deal, and we are so grateful! Thank you Brittany!

Ileana followed thru with our purchase to the very end. She went above and beyond for us and was able to secure our dream home! Forever grateful!

She has a lot of experience selling in South Dade/Richmond West area. Her knowledge was essential in getting us a deal which left us, as well as the buyers, happy. Although she is very busy, she has a calm demeanor and is easy to work with.

Iliana Rodriguez did a great job selling my house. She was with me every step of the way. She provided marketing reports showing exactly how much the house could sell for and assisted in determining a fair selling price. She was always on my side in negotiating with the buyer and got the price that I wanted. She was also so helpful. During the sale, I needed maintenance on the house and because I live so far away, she went to the house to wait for and let the maintenance person inside. It was a big help. I appreciated her quick responses to my questions and all her assistance. Illiana made this sale very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend her, and I would use her again.
